We are a boutique strategy and management consulting firm specialised in the telecommunications, media and technology (TMT) sectors.

Fide Partners was founded in 2014 by consultants with over 25 years of industry experience, with the aim of building a firm that combines strong strategic thinking with deep sector expertise. [Responsibilities]

At Fide Partners, you will lead high-impact projects for corporate clients, investors and public institutions in the TMT sector:

  • Project leadership & delivery: Lead international teams across strategy, M&A, operations and regulatory projects, ensuring high-quality execution, efficient project management and compliance with project milestones

  • Team management & mentorship: Manage and support Consultants and Senior Consultants, fostering collaboration, accountability and strong team performance while contributing to their professional development

  • Client engagement: Manage day-to-day relationships with client teams and senior stakeholders, including C-level interactions, ensuring strong communication and long-lasting professional relationships

  • Analysis & problem solving: Oversee complex analyses, guide strategic thinking and ensure the development of clear, actionable recommendations for clients

  • Storylining & communication: Lead the development of high-quality client deliverables and presentations, communicating complex ideas in a structured and impactful way

  • Business development & firm building: Lead proposals, marketing materials and business development initiatives, while contributing to recruiting, trainings, committees and other internal firm-building activities

  • Culture & values: Promote a collaborative, ownership-driven and high-performance culture, while supporting the well-being and growth of the team

[Requirements]

  • 6+ years of experience in management consulting or a similar environment

  • Exposure and experience in TMT-related projects, particularly in strategy, M&A, due diligence and regulation is a must

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with previous experience managing project workstreams independently and motivating and developing teams

  • Strong business acumen, analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

  • Ability to synthesise complex information into clear and actionable insights

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written

  • Structured, proactive and client-oriented mindset

  • Excellent English skills (additional languages are a plus)

  • Geographical flexibility
